The Building Centre is an independant charitable organisation and receives no government subsidy or grant.

 

There is no requirement to register in order to browse the site and obtain manufacturers' contact details, however, in order to request manufacturers' brochures, you are required to provide your contact and project details and you must provide an email address to which you will be sent any required PDF brochures.

 

These details may be passed on to the manufacturers whom you have requested/downloaded brochures for and also to any other relevant building product manufacturers. This will ensure that we continue to provide a comprehensive service at the highest level.

 

The Information provided on specifinder.com and/or any information sent out by The Building Centre in response to a brochure request is provided without expression of opinion or advice and the accuracy thereof is not guaranteed. Neither can we be held responsible for any loss or injury sustained by a customer or any third party who acts on this information.

You may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale, create derivative works, or in any way exploit, any of the Material, in whole or in part or reproduce, display, publicly perform, distribute, or otherwise use the Material in any way for any public or commercial purpose without written consent from a Director of The Building Centre.

In the event that a package is unable to be delivered to the address given and is returned to us, you will be contacted for payment details to cover the cost of re-sending if the information is still required.

 

If the quantity of brochures requested exceeds standard Royal Mail postage fees, then we reserve the right to withhold despatch until we have contacted you to see whether you are willing to pay the additional postage costs. You are under no obligation to pay the additional postage costs and at no time will you be charged without prior notification
