One of the advantages of Eastern White Cedar is that it contains no tannins, which can cause discolouration over time. Using the TrueMatch® Factory Coated Colouring System, Silva Timber can supply custom produced Eastern White Cedar shingles in exactly the colour you have in mind.

 

The unique Misty Grey finish on the above cottage provides an even, weathered grey wood look from the outset which slowly mellows down to a beautiful driftwood grey in the first two years after installation.
