NEMEX delivers orders and leads for energy specialist
Exciting new products and an interactive stand helped make NEMEX 2011 a hugely successful event for Marshall-Tufflex Energy Management. Not only did the energy management specialist leave with a substantial number of high quality leads, it also dealt with a large number of show visitors wishing to place orders for its systems there and then.
“It’s the second year we have exhibited at NEMEX and, once again, we weren’t disappointed with the number or calibre of visitors,” said Marshall-Tufflex Energy Management Business Manager Jeremy Dodge. “Our stand was busy from the word go with people wanting to know more about our systems and our approach to managing energy use.”
The company’s stand showcased four new products, including Voltis Home, its new domestic voltage optimisation system that can cut household electricity bills by up to 18%. The system is suitable for any building with electrical supplies of up to 60Amps and is based on MTEM's hugely successful Voltis commercial/industrial voltage optimiser, which uses ‘intelligent’ operation to ensure market-leading performance, reducing power/carbon figures by up to 20%.
“To demonstrate the effectiveness of Voltis Home we rigged it up to a tumble dryer on stand,” said Mr Dodge. “At the flick of a switch we could show how electricity consumption dropped considerably when Voltis Home was turned on, which we found impressed both public and private sector visitors.”
Sinergy Pulse Plus, another new launch, also created much interest. This sub-metering system offers all the benefits of the Sinergy range with one important addition - it reports it findings wirelessly over the mobile phone network. The GSM-enabled solution has a range covering 10A full scale to 5,000A full scale and, once hard-wired into place on site with split core CTs in place, begins monitoring power consumption immediately and accurately. Users simply dial-in to the system to download data to a computer as and when required.
