Gleeds Polska named as eurobuild’s building consultancy of the year

Gleeds Polska, part of the International Management and Construction Consultancy, Gleeds, is delighted to announce that they have been named “Building Consultancy of the Year – Poland” in the Eurobuild CEE Awards 2011.

Voted for by a jury of leading investors, developers and key opinion formers in the Polish real estate industry and independently monitored by international advisory firm, KPMG, Gleeds Polska beat off strong competition in the form of EC Harris and Arup to take home the Award which was collected by Director of the firm, Tadeusz Jachowicz. The Gala attracted a record number of almost 700 real estate and business professionals.

Gleeds Polska was formally established in 1992 with its main office in Warsaw and now also operates from regional offices located in Kraków, Katowice, Poznań and Wrocław, working with the leading investors and developers in the region, including; inter alia AFI Europe, Azora, Bouygues Immobilier, Bridgehouse, Centrum Development and Investments (Eastbridge Group), Espais&Probo, Gerium, Ghelamco, Globe Trade Centre, Hines, Immofinanz, Neinver and Panattoni.

Commenting on the Award, Tadeusz Jachowicz said, “I am delighted to be able to announce our success at the Eurobuild CEE Awards 2011 which are a showcase for talent across the whole of our industry.
