Saniflo systems helped to overcome the problems presented by concrete floors during renovation work at Wokingham Forge.

The Sanicubic system, which is designed specifically for commercial applications, was used during the transformation of the building from its former use as a forge into office space.

With twin motors for reliability and the capability to handle water at temperatures of up to 70 degrees C for short periods of time, Sanicubic is able to deal with the product of numerous waste-producing appliances.

Site manager Dean Young says: "The Sanicubic was very easy to install and the only way to overcome the problems associated with the concrete floor."

By using the Saniflo device, the developers were able to avoid the expense that would have been associated with excavating the concrete in order to use conventional plumbing.

Saniflo advises that the Sanicubic system can handle waste water from a variety of bathroom appliances, including baths, showers and bidets.
