Bathroom atmosphere 'is important'
07/11/2008 16:36:00

The right atmosphere is an important part of getting the design of a bathroom spot-on, according to the Daily Record.
An article in the publication explains that bathrooms should be an area for relaxation.
"It's the space that's billed as a quiet retreat where you can relax and unwind," notes the news provider.
For households with limited space, though, shower baths are suggested as a compact means of having both a bath and a shower.
The Daily Record explains that these can represent a "good buy" thanks to being specifically designed to cater for over-bath showers.
Meanwhile, the article adds that baths with taps in the middle can turn bathing into a "social occasion".
Previously, the Daily Record reported that many Britons spend longer in the shower than their European counterparts.
Some 15 per cent of UK residents stay under the stream of water for 11 minutes or more, the news provider claimed.
