Heating materials add cosy touch to Henley development

A Henley development is making use of a number of heating materials to add warmth to the interior in a modern way.
The Henley Standard reports on the modern heating materials being installed in the bathrooms of three two-bedroom apartments, four three-bedroom duplexes and two three-bedroom houses at Lyefield Place.
Under development by Beechcroft, the estate is located in Emmer Green, close to Reading, with the designs specifically intended to meet the needs of the over-55s.
Among the heating materials being used are towel rails designed to provide some extra inbuilt warmth when getting out of the bath or shower.
Meanwhile, underfloor heating extends this cosy feeling to the feet, maintaining comfort into the winter months.
Financial services provider to the over-50s Saga notes how a warm floor can help to reduce expenditure on heating bills during the colder part of the year.
In guidance on preparing for the winter, the organisation suggests draught-proofing floorboards and insulating water tanks to help keep the heat in.
