Freefoam Plastics reports record Freeflow sales

The Freeflow rainwater drainage system from Freefoam Plastics has seen record sales in 2008, reports Buildingtalk.
Sales of the product have increased by 86 per cent year-on-year, according to the industry news resource.
Aidan Harte, Freefoam Plastics finance director, explains that the trend follows investment into research and development by the manufacturer.
"It is particularly pleasing that this investment has been recognised by the market and has resulted in record sales throughout the UK, Ireland and mainland Europe," he tells Buildingtalk.
Freeflow is available in white, brown and black, as well as in other colours by special order request.
While it has been designed to allow quick installation, it is also intended to be leak-free and reliable.
Freefoam Plastics has also taken steps to avoid the issues which arise due to heat expansion in some guttering systems.
This is by virtue of the co-extruded design of Freeflow, which features a coloured exterior and a white interior to cope with rapid heat absorption.
Earlier in the year, Freefoam Plastics added a new Deep style to the range to accommodate large flow capacities without the need for regular maintenance or cleaning.
